Eggs are such an affordable, versatile and nutritious food! I love incorporating them into various recipes. Of course, they’re delicious for breakfast, but you can also eat them at lunch or dinner! Eggs are a good source of high-quality protein and fat, along with important micronutrients like choline, selenium, and iron.
