Oats are a wonderful whole grain that are high in fibre, and provide B vitamins, vitamin E, iron, magnesium, healthy fats, and antioxidants. There are different varieties of oats, like rolled oats and quick-cooking oats.

I love eating oats, particularly in my healthy breakfast recipes like overnight oats, baked oats, and more traditional oatmeal. If you’re looking for some other recipes featuring oats, try using them in a homemade burger recipe in place of breadcrumbs, or use them to make pancakes!
