Chia seeds are one of those foods that I like to call little nutrition powerhouses! Although they’re tiny, they offer so many health benefits. Chia seeds are a good source of fibre, offering 10 grams of fibre for just 2 tablespoons. They’re also a good plant-based source of iron, calcium, and healthy polyunsaturated fats like omega-3s.

If you love chia seeds, I recommend trying one of my various tasty chia pudding recipes. I also like to use them in smoothies, oatmeal, and overnight oats!
