Banana Bread Overnight Oats

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tsp liquid sweetener like maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 medium ripe banana mashed
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon


  • Combine all ingredients in an airtight container. Leave in the fridge overnight. Toppings are optional, but I recommend sliced banana coins and peanut butter!
