Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tsp liquid sweetener like maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in an airtight container. Leave in the fridge overnight then enjoy in the morning with a sprinkle of more blueberries!
