Avocado Green Goddess Dressing
This Avocado Green Goddess Dressing is healthy, creamy, and delicious! Serve as a vibrant salad dressing or as a dip for vegetables, crackers and more. This recipe is naturally vegetarian and gluten-free, and can easily be made vegan.
Servings 1 cup
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 medium avocado
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro packed
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley packed
- 1/4 cup green onion chopped
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp honey can sub. for maple syrup or agave
- 1 clove garlic
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup water
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste, and adjust ingredients as necessary. For a thinner consistency, add an additional 1-2 tbsp water at a time until desired consistency is achieved.
Serve as a salad dressing or a dip. Store in a sealed container or jar in the fridge up to 1 week.
