Add the frozen mango, coconut water and fresh lime juice to a blender. Blend together until mixture is smooth and well-combined.
Pour the mixture directly from the blender into popsicle moulds. Add your popsicle sticks and freeze in the moulds for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight. When popsicles are frozen, run the moulds under hot water, remove popsicles from the moulds and enjoy!
How to Store these Popsicles:You can keep the easy mango popsicles in the molds in the freezer. Alternatively, you can remove the popsicles from the molds, place them in a sealable container and store this in the freezer.*Instead of Coconut Water:If you don't have coconut water, you can make these popsicles with regular water instead. Alternatively, you can make substitute the coconut water with coconut milk for a creamier popsicle texture.
