These vegan and dairy free donuts with cinnamon sugar are totally vegan and easy to make. Bake them at home and enjoy with your favourite coffee or warm beverage for a sweet treat.

For the Donuts:
1cupall purpose flour
For the Cinnamon Sugar:
cooking oil spray
Preheat your oven to 350F and coat a donut pan with non-stick spray. In a small bowl, whisk together 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed and 3 tablespoons of water to create a "flax egg" and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the dry donut ingredients. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together wet donut ingredients (including flax egg). Then, pour the wet mixture into the dry and stir to combine, but don't over-mix!
Divide the donut batter amongst the prepared donut pan evenly. Each section of the pan should be about two thirds full of batter.
Place pan in the oven and bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes, until donuts spring back when you press on them. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack until completely cooled.
In a shallow bowl, whisk together white sugar and cinnamon. Spray each donut lightly with cooking oil spray, the roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture until coated evenly.
If you would rather glaze the donuts you can make a vanilla glaze by whisking 1 cup powdered sugar with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and 1-2 tbsp almond milk. Then dip the donuts in the glaze and enjoy!
