Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/4 medium avocado fresh or frozen
  • 1 1/2 cups spinach or kale fresh or frozen
  • 1-2 tbsp hemp hearts also known as hemp seeds
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • optional ingredients: 1 tbsp nut butter or 1 serving of vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Ensure blender lid is secure and then blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy immediately or store in refrigerator up to 2 days.
