A classic healthy breakfast option with a delicious chai twist! This recipe is easy to prep ahead, store in the fridge, then grab and go in the morning.

1cupplain greek yogurt
1cupmilk of choice
1tbsppure maple syrupor other liquid sweetener
optional toppings: nut butter, granola, sliced banana, apple, or pear.
In a large mixing bowl whisk together oats, chia seeds and chai spice.
Add the plain greek yogurt, your milk of choice, and maple syrup. Mix well to combine.
Divide mixture between 3 airtight containers or mason jars. Store in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, remove from fridge, add toppings and enjoy!
Chai spice: combine 1 tbsp ground cinnamon, 1 tsp ground cardamom, 2 tsp ground ginger, 1 tsp allspice, and 1/2 tsp ground cloves. Store in an airtight jar and use in things like oats, lattes, baked goods and more!
