Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

It's like pumpkin pie for breakfast!

  • 2 medium frozen bananas
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 scoops plant-based vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 2-3 cups non-dairy milk of choice


  • Add all ingredients to your blender.
  • Blend on high, adding more milk if needed, until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into glasses, top with a sprinkle of granola or pumpkin seeds (optional) and enjoy!
