Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
It's like pumpkin pie for breakfast!
Servings 2 servings
- 2 medium frozen bananas
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 scoops plant-based vanilla protein powder
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp pure maple syrup
- 2-3 cups non-dairy milk of choice
Add all ingredients to your blender.
Blend on high, adding more milk if needed, until smooth and creamy.
Pour into glasses, top with a sprinkle of granola or pumpkin seeds (optional) and enjoy!
