Ingredients: Olive oil Cilantro & Parsley Green onion Avocado White wine vinegar Lime juice Honey Garlic Salt & pepper Water
Add all dressing ingredients to a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Add water to thin/achieve desired consistency.
Serve as a salad dressing or a dip. Store in a sealed container or jar in the fridge up to 1 week.
