Cauliflower – the wonder veggie! Cauliflower is a cruciferous vegetable and a good source of dietary fibre, potassium, and a great source of vitamin C.

As a dietitian, I love cauliflower for its mild flavour and versatility – meaning you can sneak it into just about anything! Like creamy smoothies, oatmeal, and even fan-favourite buffalo chicken dip. You can even slice the florets flat and make nachos out of them!
