Not only are avocados rich in healthy monounsaturated fat, they’re also a great source of dietary fibre and no cholesterol. Due to their fibre and healthy fat content, avocados are great for slowing down digestion, keeping you full for longer, and stabilizing blood sugar levels. In terms of vitamins and minerals, avocados are also sources of B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K, folate, potassium, and magnesium!

If you’re looking for delicious and healthy avocado recipes, you’ve come to the right place. Avocados are certainly versatile. Some of my favourite ways to use avocados are in smoothies, salads, and even salad dressings! They’re also one of my favourite toppings on dishes like chili and nachos.
