Gluten-Free Peaches and Cream Oatmeal Ingredients:

For the Oatmeal: To make the Peaches and Cream Oatmeal, we’ll be combining gluten-free rolled oats, chopped peaches, hemp seeds, and sea salt with milk, honey, and vanilla extract.

For the Toppings: Once the oatmeal is cooked and ready to be served, top it with just a tablespoon of half and half and more chopped peaches. This is where you can also add more honey, hemp seeds, and other ingredients like nut butter if you wish.

How to Make Peaches and Cream Oatmeal for Breakfast:

  • Step 1: Combine oats, half of the chopped peaches, hemp seeds and sea salt in a small sauce pan. Add the milk, honey and vanilla extract then stir to combine.
  • Step 2: Place saucepan on a burner over medium high heat and bring mixture to a low boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and stir mixture continuously until oatmeal reaches a thick and creamy consistency (approximately 5 minutes)
  • Step 3: Remove from heat and transfer oatmeal mixture to a bowl. Top with remaining chopped peaches, half and half, and optional toppings like more honey, hemp seeds, or nut butter.
