Grilled Peach & Arugula Flatbread Pizza
Soft, lightly-grilled flatbread with caramelized grilled peaches, creamy goat cheese, arugula and balsamic drizzle. This grilled peach and arugula flatbread pizza with goat cheese and balsamic is an easy and delicious summer meal.

What are your favourite summer fruits? When I think of summer fruits, I think of strawberries, watermelon, cherries and peaches! There is just something about enjoying a ripe, juicy peach in the summer.
If you’ve never tried grilled peaches, you’re missing out! Usually when I make grilled peaches I enjoy them as a dessert, with ice cream or homemade whipped cream.
What I realized more recently is that grilled peaches are incredible in more savoury dishes as well. Think salads and pizzas. There’s just something about pairing the sweetness of peaches with the saltiness of prosciutto and/or cheese in a salad. Or on a pizza!
Why You’ll Love This Recipe:
It’s quick and easy! There’s nothing better than a delicious recipe that takes less than 30 minutes to make. This recipe will be ready to enjoy in about 25 minutes.
You only need 6 ingredients. Yes, you read that right. Six! All you’ll need is a flatbread, peaches, arugula, goat cheese, balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
It may teach you something new. Never grilled peaches? You’ll learn how! Never made a flatbread pizza on the bbq? You’ll learn how! I promise, it’s all very straight forward.
How to Make Grilled Peach Flatbread Pizza on the BBQ:
Since we’re already grilling our peaches on the barbecue, we may as well cook the whole pizza on there too! No need to turn on the oven for this recipe.
Turn your barbecue or grill on to medium-high heat. While waiting for it to warm up, slice a peach into thin wedges. Brush peach slices with olive oil.
When hot, place peach slices directly onto the grill and leave for 2-3 minutes. Flip and grill the other side another 2-3 minutes. Remove peach slices from the grill and set aside.
Place the flatbread directly onto the grill top side down. Leave for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Flip flatbread on the grill and add goat cheese in tablespoon-size dollops onto the flatbread. Close grill top and and leave for another 4-5 minutes, letting the goat cheese melt.
Remove from the grill and lightly spread the melted goat cheese to cover the flatbread with the back of a spoon. Top with fresh arugula, grilled peaches and then drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Notes About This Recipe:
Don’t forget to brush your peach slices with olive oil before grilling! This will keep them from sticking to your grill.
Feta cheese works just as well as goat cheese in this flatbread pizza recipe.
While I kept this recipe is vegetarian, I think it would be delicious with prosciutto on top.
