A Quick and Tasty Way to Enjoy a Really Healthy Food:

As a dietitian and recipe developer, I try really hard to test and create healthy fish recipes that you’ll actually want to eat. Why? Because fish is so good for you!

This time, we’re making perfectly tender and flaky bites of salmon tossed in a 4-ingredient honey garlic sauce that can be whisked up in minutes. The result is a quick and tasty way to enjoy the protein- and omega-3-rich fish (hello, heart and brain health benefits!) that is salmon. Another example of this is my 20-minute BBQ salmon in foil.

Plus, pairing the air fryer salmon bites with rice, edamame, and veggies creates a well-balanced meal offering everything you need to feel full, energized, and satisfied (protein, carbohydrates, fibre, and healthy fats!).

Cook in the Air Fryer for Less than 10 Minutes!

The reason I love cooking my honey garlic glazed salmon bites in the air fryer is because it cuts the cooking time in half compared to oven-baking. So with about 10 minutes to cube the salmon, 5 to make the sauce, and under 10 minutes for air frying – you’ll have salmon ready to eat in less than 25 minutes!

If you have an extra 3 minutes: make my healthy greek yogurt sriracha mayo to dip the bites or drizzle on top of your meal. Highly recommend!
