  • 2 large frozen bananas
  • 2 tablespoons almond buter
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Add toppings (granola, coconut, cinnamon, coconut whip etc) and serve immediately.
