Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2-3 candy canes crushed

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together almond butter, coconut oil, maple syrup and peppermint extract.

  2. Add unsweetened cocoa powder and mix until well-combined.

  3. Pour mixture into your pan of choice (I find a loaf pan works well for thick fudge pieces). Add crushed candy canes on top.

  4. Freeze for a minimum of 15 minutes before cutting & serving.
